ATTENTION MAUI!

A&B East Maui Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) comment period ENDS November 7th.

There is stuff in this DEIS that is just not right, and these false claims could have an effect on the waters and lands of Maui for another 30+ years if people like us don’t point them out and speak up now!

All comments have to be answered and published in the Final Environmental Impact Statement. This Final EIS will inform decision makers on whether to issue the 30-year lease, and if so, under what conditions.

Public comments on environmental impact statements have successfully stopped permission being given to harmful development on Maui before ( like the MegaMall in Kihei), so please comment on behalf of our waters!

This is our final chance to make sure decision makers know just how bad the cultural and environmental impacts of corporate water theft have been and are.
